 The Art of Alignment is a 45‑minute guided experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore your natural flow of energy.  

Through gentle meditation and energy clearing, you’ll release what’s weighing you down and invite in clarity, calm, and renewal.  

We’ll close with a short journaling practice using prompts from the Balance to Thrive reflection guide — helping you integrate what you experience and move forward with intention.  You’ll leave feeling grounded, centered, and aligned.
